I’m a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and Reiki Master Practitioner, and I help women break free from the endless cycle of food confusion, energy crashes, and feeling like their bodies are working against them.
When I first moved from Europe to New York City, I embraced everything this fast-paced city had to offer—late nights, endless takeout, and a schedule that left little room for sleep or self-care. My body, however, had other plans. After one too many ignored symptoms (hello puffiness, brain fog, and digestive drama), a sudden shortness of breath landed me in the ER. The culprit? A panic attack. My body was practically screaming at me to pay attention.
That wake-up call launched me into a deep dive into holistic health. I swapped processed food for home-cooked meals, started filtering my water (because, NYC tap water… no thanks), prioritized sleep, embraced yoga, and—most importantly—learned to listen to my body.
Having spent much of my life in Europe, I began noticing stark differences between the grounded lifestyle I grew up with and the high-speed hustle culture of the U.S. That contrast fueled my passion to help other women find balance in a world that glorifies burnout.
But it was pregnancy that truly changed the game for me. Determined to support my body in the best way possible, I went back to school, earning my certification as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I later deepened my knowledge of female physiology through advanced studies with Dr. Stephanie Estima, focusing on metabolism, body composition, and brain health. Most recently, I earned a certification in women’s health in midlife from the incredible team at Wise & Well. This deep dive into hormonal health gave me the tools to help women navigate perimenopause with clarity and confidence—because let’s be honest, the hormonal rollercoaster can feel totally overwhelming. My goal is to simplify the science, cut through the confusion, and provide real, practical strategies to help women feel their best at every stage of life.
As a Reiki Master Practitioner, I also incorporate energy work into my practice—because sometimes, wellness isn’t just about what you eat or how much you exercise, but also about the energy you carry.
Healing isn’t a one-and-done thing—it’s an ongoing process. My journey took years (and plenty of trial and error), but now, I get to help other women feel at home in their bodies again. And that, to me, is everything.
