12 WEEK 1:1 COACHING PROGRAM

I offer a personalized, collaborative coaching experience designed to enhance both your physical health and mental wellness. Together, we’ll start with an in-depth conversation to understand your unique challenges and goals, allowing us to create a customized plan tailored specifically to your needs.

This process isn’t one-size-fits-all—because I believe the most effective approach is one that focuses on your specific needs. We’ll dig deeper to identify possible causes of the obstacles you’re facing and develop a strategy that supports your lifestyle and long-term well-being.

The goal is simple: to help you achieve a higher quality of life and empower you with the tools to reach your full potential.

Overview: 

  • We will establish a realistic plan of the areas you can change and can’t to help you focus your energy wisely. 

  • Learn to increase awareness of your thoughts and emotions and how they impact your decision making. 

  • Create a sense of connection and meaning in your life. 

  • Manage and implement change carefully. 

  • Become knowledgeable about nutrition, physical health and weight management. 

  • Learn to use food as medicine and use it to really nourish your body.

  • Manage your weight and discover what macronutrient balance you need to reach your physical goals sustainably. 

  • Move away from endless cardio and develop a baseline of strength through resistance training coupled with increasing flexibility and mobility. 

  • Learn about tools, resources and supplements to enhance your daily life

Includes: 

  • Weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls (60min) with me throughout the entire program provide guidance and accountability

  • Google Doc – I will share a lot of information on the topics we discuss, articles, more in-depth information on the science behind everything, practical tips, tools and guides. You will be able to keep this information and go back to it after the program is over. I share educational information, instructions, recipes, methods, weekly homework, exercises, tools, and resources.

  • Access to me as a mentor via WhatsApp – You will be able to ask questions, share pictures, experiences with me, so I can support you whenever you need it during the program.
